Dreamily is an AI-powered app that creates personalized bedtime stories for children. Every story features your child by name and is tailored to their age, interests, and imagination.

After signing up, tap 'Generate a Story' on the Home screen. Enter your child's name, pick a theme, and Dreamily will create a unique story in seconds — complete with illustrations.

Dreamily works best for children aged 2–10. You can set your child's age when creating their profile and stories will be written at an appropriate reading and vocabulary level.

No. Parents or guardians create and manage the account. Your child's profile (name and age) is added inside the app. One account can support multiple child profiles.

Free users can generate up to 3 stories per month. All stories are saved to your library and you can read or listen to them anytime.

Premium members get up to 30 stories per month, access to all themes and story lengths, and full audio narration on every story. Plans start with a 3-day free trial.

Tap 'Start Free Trial' on the paywall screen in the app. Trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends. To cancel, go to iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Dreamily.

All billing is handled by Apple. For refund requests, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple's standard refund policy applies.

This occasionally happens when Apple's servers are updating subscription products. Please wait a few minutes and try again. If the issue persists, sign out of your Apple ID and back in, then reopen Dreamily.

Free users: 3 stories/month. Premium users: 30 stories/month. Your count resets on the 1st of every month.

Yes! All stories you generate are saved in your Library. Tap the Library tab to browse, search, and revisit any past story.

On any story, tap 'Read to me' to hear the story narrated aloud. The text highlights as it's read. You can pause, rewind, or switch to silent reading mode anytime.

Popular themes include dragons, space adventures, enchanted forests, ocean explorers, dinosaurs, unicorns, superheroes, and more. Premium members unlock all themes.

Yes. All stories are generated with strict child-safety guidelines. Content is always age-appropriate, positive, and free of violence, adult themes, or scary content.

On the login screen, tap 'Forgot password?' and enter your email address. You'll receive a password reset link within a few minutes.

To delete your account and all associated data, email us at support@dreamilystories.com with the subject 'Delete My Account'. We will process your request within 30 days.

We only share your child's first name and age with our AI story generation service (OpenAI and Replicate) to create stories. We never sell personal data or share it for advertising. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Yes. We do not knowingly collect identifiable information from children under 13. All accounts are managed by parents or guardians. We collect only a first name and age range to personalize stories.

Try these steps: (1) Close and reopen the app. (2) Check your internet connection. (3) Restart your iPhone. (4) Delete and reinstall the app (your stories are saved to the cloud). If the issue continues, contact support.

Story generation usually takes 10–30 seconds. During peak times it may take up to a minute. If it takes longer than 2 minutes, there may be a temporary service disruption — please try again.

Illustrations require a stable internet connection. Check your Wi-Fi or mobile data. If the issue persists, pull down to refresh the story page.

Make sure your device is not on silent mode and that the volume is turned up. Also check that Dreamily has permission to play audio in iPhone Settings → Dreamily.
